Returns & Exchanges

At SPELL, we want you to love your purchase, but if it's not quite right, we offer easy returns on all full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original condition, unworn and with all boutique tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your parcel at any authorized shipping location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund or store credit has been processed.
